I have a genetic disorder that causes me to have to get IV treatments several times a week. This is a shadow of my IV pole. When I'm at the hospital, that pole follows me around everywhere I go.
I love adventure and capturing the uniqueness of each adventure, whether at home or out on the road! I love to take the unknown road and see where it takes me and then see if I can get back home without a map. It is on trips like these where I have learned to see the unusual, the old, the new, the beauty and the familiarness of my beloved state, Texas. My photos are taken from my car, yes, you heard me right, they are taken from my car either out of a window or from the moon roof or while my convertible top is open. I take my pictures from my car because I have a few rare genetic disorders which makes it hard for me to get out of my car and walk around very much. Thank you William. I have a secret.... all of the images that I take except the ones that are indoors are taken from the inside of my car. I take the pictures from the windows and the moon roof. I am unable to get out and walk around much so I made a rule for myself to only take pictures from inside of my car. I do have a small handful of pictures that are taken from my back porch. That's different I know. I'm working on doing a book titled Views From My Car.
